Do not use dividers to solve a leaking closure
Container sealing must be addressed with the product supplier. Specify any additional containment and assess the complete packed shipment rather than relying on the carton alone.
The blush mailer uses paper dividers to organize bottles and tubes. These items differ in shape, cap height and filled weight, so the interior should be developed as a complete shipping layout. Cosmetic presentation and leakage containment are separate requirements: a paper divider is not a liquid barrier.

The starting material direction is Printed E-flute corrugated board with paper dividers. The handle or opening direction is Roll-end tuck-front closure. Branding can use blush pink print with a cream interior. These choices need to be read together: the illustrated construction sets the product direction, while your packed contents determine the final dimensions and reinforcement. Share bottle, cap and tube dimensions and weights; review divider fit and leakage protection separately.
Provide each filled bottle, cap, pump and tube dimension. Identify fragile parts and items that must stay upright. State any individual retail carton, wrap or leakage-protection component included in the packed arrangement.

Container sealing must be addressed with the product supplier. Specify any additional containment and assess the complete packed shipment rather than relying on the carton alone.
Work through this design in three steps: Check bottle necks and tube movement. Then review labels, polished surfaces and glass contact. Finally, confirm artwork with the divider installed. Record any revision on the product specification before repeating the check.
The product-specific cost variables are: Bottle count and geometry, divider design, protective components, board, printed facing and agreed package testing. Compare these on the same quantity per size and artwork. Identify whether tooling, the physical sample, accessories, assembly and delivery are included as separate line items. A lower unit price with a different handle, insert or print scope is a different specification.
Capacity is not enough to design the divider. Supply external dimensions including pump or cap, filled weight and the actual retail pack or an accurate sample.
Start with printed e-flute corrugated board with paper dividers and roll-end tuck-front closure. Add the packed product information and the specific choices listed in the comparison table. Share bottle, cap and tube dimensions and weights; review divider fit and leakage protection separately.
