Information and purpose
We collect your name, email and the project details you submit so Jennifer at CheriPack can review and respond to your packaging request. Do not submit payment details or sensitive personal information.
Storage and access
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. The inquiry dashboard is restricted to the site owner. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; we do not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record.
Retention and your choices
Contact jennifer@icolorpacks.com to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. We retain inquiry records for business follow-up until deletion is requested or the record is no longer needed.
External contact channels
WhatsApp and your email provider process messages under their own privacy policies when you choose those channels. Sending the website form does not automatically send a WhatsApp message or subscribe you to marketing.
Cookies and hosting
The hosting platform may use cookies for sign-in, security and access controls. We have not added advertising or behavioral analytics to this website.
