Common issues to catch early
What to Check on the Sample.
Bag too small for the box
Use finished external box dimensions, not its internal size. Review insertion and removal with tissue in place.
Handle attachment not suited to the load
Review paper, hole position, fixing and top reinforcement together with the actual filled weight.
Bottom bends or the box tilts
Check the base fold, bottom card where required and how the complete load sits inside the bag.
Logo too close to a fold or hole
Check the artwork on the dieline and again after the bag is formed.
Bag and box colors differ
Approve color and finishing separately on each material, then review the collection together.
