Print coverage does not establish shipping strength
A full-color facing can look substantial while the underlying board and product support remain unsuitable. Review construction and package testing independently from the artwork.
The blue printed e-commerce mailer uses a folding tuck-front structure around a wrapped retail product. Branding can run outside and inside, but the packed item and delivery route should determine board and protective packing first. The mailer is the dispatch package in a larger packing system, not just an interior print surface.

The starting material direction is Corrugated board with reviewed print surface. The handle or opening direction is One-piece fold-flat mailer construction. Branding can use exterior logo and optional interior printing. These choices need to be read together: the illustrated construction sets the product direction, while your packed contents determine the final dimensions and reinforcement. Specify internal size and packing arrangement, including protective clearance and transit requirements.
Measure the product in its final retail wrap and add the protective components to the layout. Specify usable internal length, width and height, total packed weight and the intended dispatch method. Check the closed exterior separately for warehouse and freight planning.

| Board construction | Corrugated board selected for the complete pack. | Confirm flute, facing papers and any required testing. |
| Product retention | Tissue, dividers or a fitted support as needed. | Check movement with the box fully packed. |

A full-color facing can look substantial while the underlying board and product support remain unsuitable. Review construction and package testing independently from the artwork.
Work through this design in three steps: Inspect color across the folded walls. Then confirm flute, facing papers and any required testing. Finally, check movement with the box fully packed. Record any revision on the product specification before repeating the check.
The product-specific cost variables are: Internal dimensions, board and facing papers, inside and outside coverage, print versions, supports and closure features. Compare these on the same quantity per size and artwork. Identify whether tooling, the physical sample, accessories, assembly and delivery are included as separate line items. A lower unit price with a different handle, insert or print scope is a different specification.
That is a branding decision rather than a structural requirement. Submit inside artwork and coverage separately; both facing papers and the folded print appearance need approval.
Start with corrugated board with reviewed print surface and one-piece fold-flat mailer construction. Add the packed product information and the specific choices listed in the comparison table. Specify internal size and packing arrangement, including protective clearance and transit requirements.
MOQ is 100 pcs; list the quantity for each size and artwork version. Sample preparation is 5–7 days after specification review. Bulk production is 10–15 days after sample, artwork and order approval. Sample courier and freight transit are additional; confirm the complete delivery schedule in the quotation.
