Use a vector logo or print-ready artwork when available. Outline fonts or provide the correct font information, and keep logo proportions intact. A small screenshot may help as a reference but does not replace production artwork.
Separate special finishing layers
Show foil, embossing, debossing and spot-UV areas on separate clearly named layers where required. Identify the intended foil color and finish positions. Fine details and overlapping finishes need a feasibility review.
State the color reference
Share a physical reference or the specified color target. Screen colors vary across devices. The chosen paper, print process and surface treatment affect the result, so review the actual sample rather than relying on an on-screen mockup.
Confirm the dieline
Use the confirmed structure and dimensions before final artwork placement. Keep critical text clear of folds, handle holes, joins and cut edges according to the production dieline. Check logo position on the assembled sample.
Approve the complete sample
Review dimensions, spelling, orientation, print, finish, handle attachment and closure together. Send all requested changes as one marked revision before bulk approval. CheriPack samples take 5–7 days; confirm the final scope and timing with the project brief.
