Share the product length, width, height and weight. Include caps, closures and any protruding details. The internal size must account for the insert, clearance and the way the customer removes the product.
Cake boxes: include the board
Measure the cake board and the fully decorated cake. Account for toppers and delicate side decoration. Describe the route from bakery counter to customer, including whether the box needs a viewing window or a carry handle.
Inserts are part of the dimension plan
Provide all items in a multi-product set, their orientation and preferred removal sequence. A box that fits the main bottle may still be too small for an accessory or a protective separator. Request a fit review on the sample.
External size affects the bag and carton
A matching bag is sized from the finished external box. Export carton dimensions are developed from the supplied format and packing method. Review assembled versus flat-packed options where the selected structure permits them.
Approve measurable dimensions
Record the agreed internal and external dimensions in the specification. Check them alongside closure, product fit, print and finish during sampling. Shipping time is additional to the 10–15-day production schedule.
