If you know the size, material and finish, send those details for a matching quote. If you only know your budget, state currency, per-piece or total budget, approximate quantity and whether freight is included. We can review suitable structures and finishing choices before fixing the specification.
What defines the product price
Dimensions, paper or board, structure, handles, print coverage, finishing and quantity all form the quotation brief. Inserts, tissue, stickers and special packing must be listed when they are part of the requested set.
Identify tooling and sample scope
Specify the kind of sample you need: structural fit, printed appearance or a production-reference sample. Ask which sample and tooling costs are included in the quotation. A five-day sampling target does not mean every sampling route has the same cost.
Keep comparison quantities consistent
A unit price for a larger production run cannot be compared directly with a smaller run without reviewing the same materials and processes. Ask suppliers to quote matching quantities and specifications.
State the destination and shipping method
CheriPack supports sea freight, Train, air freight and express courier quotations. Include the delivery country, postcode, required arrival date and preferred shipping method. Ask the quotation to identify the goods, freight and any separately stated services so the offered scope is clear.
Use a written comparison sheet
Record size, material, handle or closure, print, finish, insert, quantity, packing, sample scope, production schedule and delivery term. Confirm the quote validity and final schedule with Jennifer before placing the order. There is no universal stock price for all custom gift bags.
