Product and dimensions
Describe the product and the chosen bag or box structure. State measurement order and units. Include packed weight and all items in a multi-product set.
Artwork and finishing
Attach the logo or vector artwork and a physical color reference where available. List print coverage, foil, embossing, lamination, handles, closures and inserts as separate requirements.
Quantity and approval
State the quantity for each size and design, starting from 100 pcs. Explain what you need to verify during sampling and any documentation that the final package must include.
Destination and date
Provide delivery country, postcode, shipping method and required arrival date. Jennifer can then review a complete specification and clarify missing details before preparing the quotation.
