Fit and structure
Measure the agreed dimensions and pack the actual product. Review insertion, removal, closure, handles and reinforcement. For sets, verify every item and the packing order.
Brand appearance
Check spelling, logo proportions, position and orientation. Review color and finishing on the actual paper, plus joins, corners and surfaces that will be visible to the customer.
Materials and requirements
Compare the sample with the quoted material and agreed construction. List any buyer-specific documentation, load checks, food-contact or destination requirements that must be addressed before production.
Keep a clear approval record
Document the approved version and all requested revisions. Bulk production follows the confirmed sample, artwork and order specification. Sampling takes 5–7 days; 10–15 days are planned for production after approval.
